By accessing or using Codex Infinity ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Codex Infinity provides an autonomous AI coding agent platform that enables users to:

Deploy AI coding agents on cloud infrastructure
Generate code, assets, and creative content
Integrate with GitHub repositories
Access GPU compute resources

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Generate malicious code or malware
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
Violate intellectual property rights
Abuse compute resources or circumvent usage limits

5. Payment and Billing

Paid features are billed according to the pricing displayed at time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Compute usage is billed based on actual consumption.

6. API Keys and Credentials

You are responsible for securing any API keys (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) you provide to the Service. We encrypt stored credentials but recommend using dedicated keys with appropriate limits.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of code and content you create using the Service. The Service and its underlying technology remain the property of Codex Infinity.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated code should be reviewed before production use.

9. Limitation of Liability

Codex Infinity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
